We love all our customers and want our customers to have the best experience possible, as if you were dining in person with us. Each delivery order is prepared immediately within 5-15 minutes of receiving the order and is checked for freshness and accuracy. Your delivery driver is responsible for taking your order to your drop off location as quickly as possible. Please communicate in-app with your courier as detailed as possible to ensure you can eat House of Wong while fresh! Unfortunately, we are not able to help with the order once the order is picked up.

This delivery driver forgot the order on his car roof and drove off. After 200 feet, the food spilled into the roads. We were very sad :(
